Could you explain a little more about your position as Paid Media Executive?

Building & managing paid media campaigns across a range of channels – Google, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok.

Describe a typical working day for you as a Paid Media Executive

A big part of my job is ensuring each account is spending at the correct rate, so it is important to keep on top of spend rates. I check the performance of my accounts and make optimisations based on the data collected in order to achieve the KPI goals for each client. For example, creating new creatives for Facebook campaigns, making bid changes in Google, or shifting budget to campaigns that are generating the strongest ROAS. 

What made you go into digital marketing? 

The fact that it is a fast-paced environment where learning never stops. Plus it’s pretty trendy!!!

Why do you like being a Paid Media Executive?

I like having the opportunity to work on a wide variety of campaigns in lots of different industries. 

What has been your favourite moment working at KMG? 

Ski trip for sure! Until COVID-19 stopped all the fun 🙁

If you didn’t work in digital, where would you work? 

Hmmm I actually have no idea. Maybe using my Psychology degree in some way?

Where do you see KMG in 10 years?

Hopefully still growing & producing successful marketing campaigns for businesses with BIG budgets.

What do you do in your free time?

Anything fun with my friends & family (usually includes wine).

RJ has shares in Prince’s tinned tuna chunks & that’s why he eats tuna mixed with mayo every day for his lunch (not because he wants to be hench).
