We want one specific marketing service from you. Is that ok?

Of course, and here’s why: we know that when we do a great job in one area of your digital marketing, chances are you’ll ask what we can do in other areas of your business. So whatever you ask us to tackle, and whatever the scale, you’ll get all our know-how and experience, every time.

We need a range of online marketing services, but we’re not sure which. How can you help?

The digital services we provide have to match your business. They need to fit the way you work now and your ambitions for the future. When you work with us, the very first thing we’ll do is explore these with you, so we only recommend the marketing services that will make a real difference to your business.

I’ve currently got SEO/PPC/content creation etc with someone else. What advantage is there in putting it all in one place?

You’d expect us to say “bring it all to us”. And we will say that, but not for the reasons you think. When all your digital marketing services are together you benefit from speed of communication, compatibility across systems and ease of reporting (you can put every campaign on our reporting platform).

Yes. We’ll need to work through the strategy document with you matching what we do to what you need, but it doesn’t have to be our strategy for us to be able to deliver it.

What opportunity do we get to change, revise, comment and amend?

It depends on the digital service we’re providing, but in everything we do, you’ll have final sign-off on every project, and plenty of opportunity throughout each project to tweak and refine.

Ideally, we want to avoid major changes of direction, and that’s why we’ll work with you to clearly agree the scope of every project from the outset.

How do we know how our new systems and digital marketing campaigns are performing?

Work with us and, however many services you’re getting from us, you’ll be able to review the success of all of them in one place: the KMG Reporting Platform. What do you need to get started?

Typically we’ll need access to any existing website, details of who hosts your site, and access to any other systems involved in the completion of your project (Google and social media accounts, for example).

We’ll agree these with you when we scope the project.

Will you train us to use the systems you develop for us?

Yes. Whether it’s a new eCommerce site or your KMG Reporting Platform, we’ll go through everything with you, so you can easily add, change or find the products/services/information you need.
