In March, you may have noticed a day that you received an Out of Office email from the team here. This was because KMG were on the slopes in Chamonix, France on our annual trip abroad. On this we were learning together how to ski or snowboard.  For many in the team, this was their first time on the slopes and was a really exciting challenge in a beautiful setting.   We spent the weekend doing various team bonding activities and challenges. We also spent our time eating a lot of cheese in all its forms. Our culture is what makes us unique and an exciting environment to work and collaborate in. Work/life balance is important to us and our tight team community is strengthened by challenges and exercises where we support, learn and teach each other. We all returned with burnt noses and a sense that this is just the tip of the iceburg for KMG in terms of what we will achieve for our clients in the next few years.
